6. Use of Google Workspace

For the organisation of my business communication and collaboration, I use Google Workspace.

7. Appointment booking via Calendly

This website offers the option of booking appointments via the Calendly service.

For consultations, workshops, and meetings, I use the Zoom service.

9. Newsletter via MailerLite

If you sign up for my newsletter, I use your email address exclusively to send information about offers, events, and content.

Provider: UAB MailerLite, Paupio g. 46, 11341 Vilnius, Lithuania

Registration takes place using the double opt-in procedure. After signing up, you will receive an email in which you confirm your registration. Your email address is only added to the mailing list after this confirmation. The confirmation is logged in order to document the registration process.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by sending me a message. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

10. Customer relationship management via Pipedrive

For managing client contacts and projects, I use the Pipedrive service.

For the technical connection of different systems, I use the Zapier service.

14. Data retention

Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as long as statutory retention obligations exist.

This includes in particular:

  • Contract and invoice data: 10 years in accordance with § 147 AO and § 257 HGB

  • Contact enquiries: until the enquiry has been fully processed, generally no longer than 6 months after the conversation ends

  • Newsletter data: until you withdraw your consent

15. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

  • Access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)

  • Rectification of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR)

  • Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)

  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

  • Object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

  • Withdraw your consent (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR)

The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before withdrawal.

Objection to direct marketing
Where personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object to this processing at any time and without giving reasons. Following an objection, your data will no longer be used for this purpose (Art. 21 para. 2 GDPR).

Objection to processing based on legitimate interests
Where your data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. I will then no longer process your data unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or where the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims (Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR).
