About the 1:1 sessions
Einklappbarer Inhalt
What happens in a session?
Before our first session, I send you a detailed questionnaire to understand your experience across all dimensions: physical, emotional, relational, and personal. Based on your answers, we identify your focus points together so that every session is built around what actually matters to you, not a generic programme. From there, each session is shaped by your questions, your pace, and your needs.
What topics can I bring?
Anything related to your menstrual health or menopause experience. Women come to me with questions about treatments and HRT, herbal and traditional approaches, nutrition and lifestyle, pelvic health and sexuality, and the emotional side of this transition. Others want help preparing for or recovering from surgery, navigating menopause after cancer treatment, or learning how to advocate for themselves in medical settings. Some just want to understand what's happening, what to do first, or where to find reliable information. And some simply want to talk to someone who truly understands. There is no question too small, too specific, or too complicated.
Do I need to commit to a package?
No. Some women need one session, others want ongoing support. You decide as you go.
Do you tell me what to do?
No. I give you clear, balanced information about all available options so you can make the decision that's right for you. Your body, your choice. I'm here to make sure that choice is truly informed.

About your situation

Is this only for menopause?
No. I work with women navigating menstrual health challenges and hormonal change at any stage of life. My approach is the same: clear information, personalised support, and accompaniment that meets you where you are. For specific conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, or PMDD, I provide education and guidance and connect you with the right specialists when needed.
Do I need to have a problem to reach out?
Not at all. Many women come simply because they want to understand their hormonal health better and learn how to support it through lifestyle, nutrition, and daily habits. You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to benefit from guidance.
Do I need to commit to a package?
No. Some women need one session, others want ongoing support. You decide as you go.
What's the difference between a doula and a doctor?
A doctor diagnoses and treats. As a menopause doula and womb care practitioner, I educate, accompany, and empower. Whether you're navigating menstrual health challenges or menopause, my role is to give you the knowledge and support to navigate your experience confidently, including helping you prepare for medical appointments, understand your options, and ask the right questions. I work alongside your medical care, not instead of it.
Is this for me if my menopause wasn't natural?
YES. Whether you're navigating premature ovarian insufficiency (POI), surgical menopause, or menopause following medical treatment or cancer therapy, your experience is just as valid and just as deserving of support. Non-natural menopause is often more sudden and more complex, which makes informed accompaniment even more important. I've navigated POI myself, so this is a space that genuinely understands your experience.
Is it too early to reach out?
Never. Whether you're dealing with menstrual health challenges, in early perimenopause, postmenopause, or anywhere in between, there is always something meaningful we can work on.
Is it too late if I'm already past menopause?
Not at all. Postmenopause is a stage that deserves just as much attention. Many women want to understand how to care for their bone health, heart health, pelvic health, sexuality, and overall wellbeing in the years ahead. There is always something meaningful we can work on.
Help. My symptoms are being dismissed by my doctor.
You're not alone. I help you prepare for appointments, find the right language, know what to ask, and feel confident advocating for yourself.
