Women’s Health in Body, Mind, Heart & Soul

A six-week online course on menstrual health, perimenopause, and menopause with Dr. Jennifer Chan de Avila

Online · In English · Starting January 2027

Your menstrual health is one of the clearest signs of how you’re doing overall. Your cycle reflects what happens in your body, your mind, your relationships and your inner life, at every stage from your first period to perimenopause and menopause. When we look at it as a whole, we can understand it better and take better care of ourselves.

This course is for women who want to understand their menstrual health and take an active role in their health in all its dimensions. Step by step, one theme per week, we look at body, mind, heart and soul.

Each session starts with a clear input of about 30 minutes, followed by practical impulses and time for your questions and exchange in a small group. You’ll come away informed, with concrete ideas for your everyday life and the experience that you’re not alone in this.

The course is in English, for women living in Germany and anywhere else who want clear, grounded information in a language they’re comfortable with.

 The six sessions
